AA+ rating for EFSF

S&P Cuts EFS Facility to AA+ From AAA

 By Will DaleyStandard & Poor’s cut the rating of the European Financial Stability Facility, the euro-region bailout fund, to AA+ from AAA, S&P said on its website.
The cut follows the Jan. 13 ratings downgrade by S&P of nine euro-region countries.
