Dr. Antony P. Mueller: Prof. Dr. A. P. Mueller holds a doctorate in economics (Staatswissenschaft) from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg (FAU), Germany. He held several academic positions in Europe, the United States (where he was a Fulbright Scholar) and Latin America. Currently, he teaches at the Federal University UFS in Brazil. Antony P.
